Question by seashelloct: What do business executives expect in a 5-star hotel situated in a deserted place?
If some business executives have to travel to distant place to attend meetings, they are put up in a 5-star hotel. After the meeting,there is nothing to do or visit since it is not situated in an urban area.What kind of services and facilities do they expect from such a hotel?

Big spacious rooms and good TV, cellphone, internet access

Several different restaurants and bars, so that you can choose what and where to eat.

Sport possibilities fitness centre, swimming pool, golf/tennis

Spa and wellness club (massage, sauna, etc)

On site cinema/dvd rental, library

The rule is that “the longer they stay, the more fed-up they get” A week long seminar should have outside excursions if possible so the hotel should have partnerships with local businesses or a car fleet for desert excursions or boats when located at the sea. There is always something around, anything can be interesting if well presented.
